Print Labelling

Print Divisions
a. Color: images are photographed by the maker and printed by the maker either in the dark room, on the maker's computer or printed commercially.
b. Monochrome: Monochrome prints are those where (1) a black and white work goes from very dark grey (black) to very clear gray (white) with various shades of gray, and/or (2) a monochrome worked toned partially or entirely in a single color.

Any member may enter a total of 4 prints in each competition:
a. 2 in Monochrome.
b. 2 in Color.

Print Preparation
Prints must be mounted and may be matted, but may not be framed. Mount board should support the print, and be light colored on the back so that the stamp, date and score can be easily read.

Print Sizes
Prints in all divisions:
Minimum 5 x 7 excluding a mat
Maximum 16 x 20 including a mat.

Identification (Labeling)
The following information should be printed legibly in the upper left corner on the back of the mount:
a. Division entered i.e. Color, Monochrome or Commercial
b. Title of Print
c. Maker's name (address optional)
